Faulty Items

We are happy to provide an exchange or refund if you find any faults or discrepancies with your order. Please contact us at with details of the fault or discrepancy, your name and order number. If you would like to exchange the faulty item, we will ask you to return the item in the reply paid post bag we will send you with your exchange items. For refunds on faulty products, we ask that you return the defective item/s before we process the payment.

It is within Kiddie Co's discretion to deem a product as faulty or not. A faulty product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We recommend all customers inspect their products upon receiving them.

Once opened, all goods are non-returnable unless faulty.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with any part of your order or change your mind about any items you purchase, please return the items unused and unopened within 30 days for an exhange or store credit (excluding postage costs) to use on our website. Kiddie Co reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements. Please note that goods must be returned at your own cost.

If you wish to exchange products, please be aware that you will be required to post the products back at your own expense with a return self addressed pre-paid satchel included for the new products to be sent back to you. We will ship your new items on receiving the returns.

If you wish to return an item that meets the above requirements, please send an email to with your order number and details of the items you would like to return so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
